The form for student physicals for the 2018-2019 school year will be on the website Thursday, March 29th. Please note that student physicals must be dated after April 1st to be used for the 2018-2019 school year.
Physicals are scheduled for Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 4:00 PM in the Discovery Middle School locker rooms. Dr. Graham from River Valley Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, P.C., will be here to give physicals. The cost is $20.00 CASH per student and the physicals are good through the entire 2018-2019 school year. Physicals must be filed with the main office each year.
